We’re growing – and to help accelerate our growth we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Engineering & Enablement team.

As a Sales Enablement Manager,  you will work alongside a team that cares about what we do, where your ideas will be heard, and where you’ll have the space to make an impact.

Who we're looking for
  • Experience in sales enablement or training, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment

  • Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and tools 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management proficiencies and strong skills in preparing and delivering presentations

  • Fluent in German and English; experience working in the DACH market is a plus.

Your tasks
  • Content Creation and Curation: Developing and maintaining high-quality sales content, including presentations, demos, battle cards, and case studies.

  • Training and Development: Designing and delivering effective sales training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and industry trends.

  • Sales Tools and Technology: Supporting revenue operations with training of core systems such as Salesforce CRM, and CPQ quoting tool. 

  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Tracking and reporting on key sales enablement metrics to demonstrate impact and identify areas for improvement.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and other departments.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Gathering and distributing competitive intelligence to the sales team.

  • Onboarding: Creating and maintaining an effective onboarding program.
