We're looking for a CRM Engineer with a background in Salesforce Administration and Development,  and is ready to level up in a collaborative environment that supports continuous professional development. You'll act as the technical lead for our Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, responsible for maintaining, evolving, and documenting their use across Haiilo.

This role offers the chance to shape the future of our CRM landscape. You’ll work cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and external partners to ensure robust, scalable systems that meet our global business needs.

We are hiring a CRM Engineer for our Manchester, Hamburg, or Helsinki offices, operating on a hybrid work model. Applicants must have the right to work in the respective location, as we do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Who we're looking for
  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, across both admin and dev work

  • You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and can bring order to complexity

  • You’re fluent in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and have a solid grasp of platform architecture

  • You’ve worked with HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub and automation experience is a plus)

  • You’re motivated to own solutions end-to-end and ready to grow with mentoring, training, and modern tooling

  • You know how to absorb agency deliverables and turn them into long-term internal value

  • You’re a clear communicator who values autonomy, collaboration, and making a real impact

Your tasks
  • Own our CRM stack – Maintain and evolve Salesforce and HubSpot to power operations across multiple departments

  • Build smart systems – Create automations, integrations, and dashboards that help teams move faster and make better decisions

  • Be our go-to CRM brain – Solve complex problems, support stakeholders directly, and confidently take over legacy systems

  • Lead the big stuff – Drive strategic CRM projects with external partners and fully own them post-handoff

  • Shape how we work – Spot opportunities for improvement and help steer our CRM strategy alongside a supportive team

  • Document with clarity – Keep things structured and scalable with clear, practical documentation others can build on

  • Keep it clean and secure – Ensure CRM integrations, access, and data stay reliable, secure, and audit-ready
