In order to accelerate our growth and provide our customers with the best possible support for our advocacy product, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing global Account Management team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of around 40 accounts, with a primary focus on expansion and retention. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying growth opportunities to increase revenue within the current accounts.

Who we're looking for
  • Experience: At least 3 years SaaS account management experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth with a focus on client retention

  • Strong communication and listening skills: You’ll need to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and shared goals

  • Problem-solving abilities: A solutions-oriented mindset is key, as you’ll often be tasked with addressing client challenges and finding ways to optimise their experience with Haiilo

  • Hunter mentality: A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for building new relationships. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated by the challenge of developing new growth avenues 

  • MEDDPIC Methodology Familiarity: An understanding of the MEDDPIC framework and its components (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, and Champion)

Your tasks
  • Account Management & Expansion :

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, your portfolio will contain a mix of high and tech touch accounts

    • Own regular Business Reviews with your Book of Business and lead the renewal process

    • Lead the full sales cycle from first discovery call to close

    • Identify and execute expansion opportunities, develop account plans to strategically retain, manage and grow each account

    • Collaborate with stakeholders from different regions (EMEA, US, APAC) and expand your book of business geographically

  • Strategic Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and to address any challenges promptly

    • Provide regular updates to leadership on account performance, expansion opportunities, and pipeline

    • Keep up-to-date with customer news, industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth

    • At the end of the day, our goal is to make our customers happy! They should experience an outstandingly comprehensive and convincing customer journey throughout their Haiilo time - for which you are responsible
