In order to accelerate our growth and provide our customers with the best possible support for our advocacy product, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing global Account Management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, with a primary focus on expansion (80%) and new business acquisition (20%). You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying growth opportunities to increase revenue within the current accounts.
