We’re growing – and to help grow our highly motivated and driven Haiilo team we’re looking for an Recruiting Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hamburg.

As a Recruiting intern you will support our Talent Acquisition team in their daily mission to inspire new global talents for Haiilo. You will be responsible for sourcing new talents, coordinating interviews and working alongside a team that cares about what we do, and where you’ll have the space to make an impact.

Who we're looking for

You’re an enrolled student in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field—or you’ve recently finished your studies and want hands-on experience in recruitment.
Ideally, you’ve had some first exposure to recruiting, HR, or a similar area, but motivation and curiosity matter most!
You enjoy interacting with people—whether it’s candidates, hiring managers, or external partners—and you communicate confidently in German and English.
You’re well-organized and structured, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Tech-savvy? Great! You’re comfortable navigating LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.

Your tasks

Support the team: Assist in coordinating and managing the recruiting process, from scheduling interviews to preparing candidate communication
Active sourcing: Help identify and engage top talent via LinkedIn and other platforms
Job ads & employer branding: Craft compelling job postings and contribute to showcasing our company as a great place to work

Recruiting projects: Get involved in international hiring initiatives and gain insights into strategic recruitment

Als Praktikantin (m/w/d) im Recruiting unterstützt du unser Talent Acquisition Team in seiner täglichen Mission, neue globale Talente für Haiilo zu begeistern. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Sourcing neuer Talente, die Koordination von Interviews und arbeitest in einem Team, das mit Leidenschaft dabei ist – und in dem du die Möglichkeit hast, etwas zu bewegen.

Wen wir suchen

Du studierst in den Fachrichtungen HR, Psychologie, BWL oder einem verwandten Bereich – oder hast dein Studium gerade abgeschlossen und möchtest erste Praxiserfahrung im Recruiting sammeln
Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Recruiting, HR oder einem ähnlichen Bereich – Motivation und Neugier sind uns aber wichtiger
Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Menschen – sei es mit Kandidat*innen, Hiring Managern oder externen Partnern – und kannst dich sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch ausdrücken
Du arbeitest organisiert, strukturiert und bringst eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität mit
Du bist digital affin und fühlst dich auf LinkedIn, Jobportalen und in Bewerbermanagement-Systemen wohl
